Vehicle Registration Information

Most of the vehicles we sell are for off-road use and do not require registration. Do not try to register an off-road vehicle as street legal.

Off-road vehicles can be operated on private property without registration. Although not required, some customers may wish to register their off-road vehicle with their local DMV in order to ride in State off-highway areas. You will have to pay the Sales Tax and registration fee.

Street Legal Scooters must be registered at your local DMV.

Toys

Go Kart, Mini Bikes, Mini-Scooters are considered toys and no vehicle registration is possible.

MSO Title

The Manufacturer Statement of Origin (Title) will be included with your product at delivery time.

An MSO can only be issued to the original purchaser and only if you purchased from us. If you purchased from another dealer or private party, you must obtain registration documents from them.

Registration is the responsibility of the customer. We do not guaranty you will be able to register your product. You cannot register an off-road vehicle as street legal. Please check with your local authorities to determine registration requirements in your area prior to ordering

The Bill-of-Sale is your invoice. You can print it if you need it. Sigh-on to your account to get a printer-friendly version of your invoice. Write your VIN number on the invoice.
