This will create an online Support Ticket so that our customer service staff can communicate with you via email to get your issue resolved.
If within 3 days of delivery of your vehicle, you notice any damaged or missing parts, submit a Help Request. We will submit appropriate claims to the Manufacturer.
Be sure to include Photographs
Once you submit the request, you will begin to see email from us as we address your issues.

I honestly don't know if I did things properly to receive my clutch that was not included with my kart kit, the customer service gal was very nice but I was quietly upset to have to send a photo. It took me three tries to do and I hope it came through OK. (3/4" 12T)
