is it Street Legal?

Buggies, ATVs, and Dirt Bikes are not street legal.

 

These vehicles do not generally require registration to be driven off-Road, on Private Property and most rural areas across the United States.

 

Certain State Recreation areas may require Off-Highway Vehicle Registration for these vehicles.

 

Although Buggies are not sold as street legal vehicles, many States have allowed them to be registered for full street use. In some instances, they may also be registered as a Golf Cart or SLV, Slow Moving Vehicle if driven within a limited distance from a resort, golf course or other facility. Our larger Buggies say Dune Buggy on the Title and do not indicate off-road use only. They may also be registered as a farm vehicle with limited street use.

 

Go karts and Mini Bikes are considered to be toys and do not require registration of any kind.
