What is the status of my order?

An email notification indicating your order has been Shipped will contain a Tracking Number if available.

If the email does NOT contain a Tracking Number, that means that a Tracking Number is Not Available.

Tracking Numbers will not be provided for Truck Freight shipments. The carrier will call to schedule delivery once the item arrives at the local terminal
