Manufacturer Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship

Vehicles may come with a 30/90 day limited warranty from the manufacturer.

 

Damaged or missing delivery items will be replaced if reported within 3 days of delivery. Complete a Help Request.

 

Repairs are not covered and Labor is NOT covered under any circumstance. Damage during operation is NOT covered.

 

Manufacturer Warranties cover defective parts only and do not include parts worn by standard use (such as tires, belts, clutches, chains, etc.) or parts damaged from use, accidents, abuse, misuse or improper maintenance or improper initial setup and maintenance of the product.  Defective parts must be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement will be sent.

 

Gokarts USA will assist the customer in obtaining warranty coverage from the manufacturer. 

 

Products are sold warehouse direct in a crate and are not delivered ready to ride. Customer is responsible for product initial setup and final assembly, which must be performed by qualified mechanic.
